Cook I Details

Essential Job Duties:

Prepare and cook hot and cold food items accurately and efficiently for various meal periods and special events. Follow recipes and instructions to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. Utilize classical cooking techniques, operate kitchen equipment, and manage food production requirements. Adhere to safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines while performing kitchen duties.

Qualifications:

Prior Cook experience required.  Theraputic diet and allergy experience.  Standardized recipe experience. Varied schedule to meet the demands of the department.
