Supports the functionality of the department by providing general sanitation including cleaning and storing dishes, utensils and pots, and disinfecting work areas. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure sanitation and safety while delivering optimal performance. **Job Description** : We are seeking an hourly/Per Diem worker in a Cook III role. This position will work an 8-hour shift that could begin as early as 4 AM and end at 8 PM Monday-Sunday. This role is attractive because we ask our Per Diem cooks for their availability and try to best suit them and we strive to develop our work schedules 3 weeks ahead of time. **EDUCATION** _Equivalent experience will be accepted instead of the required degree or diploma._ HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:** 2 years experience in food production as typically acquired in a similar environment.
