Description Ability to work independently in his or her assigned area. Requires working in any area within the intermediate cook classification or below and assisting the higher classifications. Displays understanding of basic cooking principles and exhibits those skills. Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of work area in accordance with city and state department codes.
