Cook Lead

Schedule

Full-time position | 64- 72 hours every two weeks Days | 8- or 12-hour shifts | 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Every other weekend and rotating holidays required

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of three years’ experience in food service Serve Safe certified or Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), and Food Manager Certification by the state of MN required within 18 months of hire. Experience in food service supervision preferred. Dietary Manager Certificate (DMA) preferred. Strong verbal communication, reading and writing abilities Proficient in basic mathematical skills Computer skilled in Word and Excel A valid Minnesota driver’s license and a driving record in good standing may be required
