Assists in the oversight of staff to ensure that all processes and procedures are being followed. Prepares food for multiple therapeutic diets and complies with state and federal laws and regulations related to food preparation in a healthcare environment. Supports quality control measures such as recipe adherence and food quality consistency. **Qualifications** **Experience:** + Four (4) years food service experience; including two (2) years hospital nutrition experience. **Education:** + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. **Licensure:** + * If a Food Handler Permit is a requirement by your state, county or local health code, you must obtain it within 30 days of hire or what is required by your state, county or local health code.* + Arizona - Maricopa, Yavapai - ANSI Accredited FHP or ServSafe + California - Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego + Kansas - Leavenworth + Kentucky - Jessamine, Fayette, Madison, Montgomery + Nebraska - Lancaster + Nevada - Clark + Oregon + Texas - ANSI Accredited FHP or Servsafe + Utah + Washington - Food Handler Permit required upon hire **Pay Range** $17.04 - $24.07 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
