THE JOB:

As a Cook at Signature, you will expertly apply your culinary skills to create outstanding dishes. Beyond the kitchen, you'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience with your warm smile and exceptional service. By understanding each guest's unique needs and stories, you'll take ownership of their experience, crafting WOW memories that they will cherish long after their stay with us.

STARTING RATE: $24.1492 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Maintain strong knowledge of food products and expertly apply culinary techniques.

Develop and maintain solid skills in preparing base sauces, stocks, and soups.

Maintain a deep understanding of the menu with careful attention to plate presentation.

Safely identify and operate kitchen equipment.

Properly label, date, and store products to ensure safekeeping and hygiene.

Assist kitchen leadership and staff in delivering a seamless service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Work Schedule: Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Previous cook experience: Experience as a cook or relevant food and beverage role. Solid background in food preparation and kitchen operations prefered

Team-oriented: Works well with staff, supports leadership, and addresses guest needs with excellent communication.
