Principal Accountabilities

Consume product to cookpackEnsure all product is consumed to correct yield groupPerform weigh back on product that is returned to coolersTag and send rework over to the raw side of facility when neededHACCP monitor cool cells to release product for productionMaintain inventory utilizing FIFO methodMonitor racks on line to ensure correct product and packing by lot number

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Must be 18 years or older

Must be computer literate (data entry and basic excel document creation)

Must be able to read and write English

Must be able to use basic math using a calculator
