Cook Plainview Helen Kaplan program House A Tues-Thurs 7a-1p, Sat & Mon 7a-6p 40 hrs

The pay scale for this position is $14.00- $14.50 based on experience

Qualifications:

High School diploma preferred Prior cooking experience required Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities preferred 

Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provides ongoing care and assistance to participants by providing for individual dietary needs. Responsible for  the adequate inventory, storage and preparation of snacks/meals to meet participant dietary needs and likes.  Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen and inventory of related items.

Physical aspects may include but are not limited to lifting up to 25lbs.
