This candidate will be responsible for the preparation and serving of patient and staff meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines. responsible for cleanliness of work area according to dietary procedures. This position is eligible for our generous shift differentials: Weekend Day (Sat-Sun) $2/hr, Evening (Mon-Thurs) $3.25/hr, Weekend Evening (Fri-Sun) $5.00/hr, Night (Mon-Thurs) $5.00/hr, Weekend Night (Fri-Sun) $7.00/hr. *must work three and a half hours (3.5 hours) into a shift to qualify for shift differential. Qualifications Responsibilities Include Interacts with team members/floor staff and answers the phones with a pleasant tone. Assists in maintaining kitchen duties including: cleaning of areas of kitchen, sweeping and mopping the floor thoroughly. Cleans the surface of all equipment used including: steamer, stove top, stove back, all ovens, along with walls in back of equipment Adheres to the menu for production and produces enough food to feed all patients & staff Records food in the temperature logbook in accurate and timely manner.
