The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced cook supervisor/ driver to our correction team in Fort Collins, Co. As a cook and driver, you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious food and transport it to a variety of locations as needed.
What you'll be doing:
Performing food preparation and production tasks while following recipes and safe food handling policies and procedures. Ensuring proper portion and temperature control and proper storage of leftover food. Loading and transporting food products from one location to another according to an assigned schedule.What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards. Ability to use a variety of kitchen equipment and tools, as well as to identify and differentiate food items. High-level product knowledge and the ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service. Excellent attention to detail. A valid state driver’s license for the vehicle used for transport. At least one years’ experience in a high volume establishment with an emphasis on cooking from scratch.Nice-to-haves:
Food Handler’s certification.Pay:
$20.00 per hour
