C Shift- Thursday to Sunday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
SUMMARY:
The meat process operator controls the cooking process from hydrolyzing the product to a finished product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Other duties may be assigned.
Hydrolyzing raw Meat and blood.
Sizing.
Running the Machinery that processes the meat into make meal.
Transferring of hydrolyzed meal to storage.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 6 months of experience in industrial / manufacturing / construction / landscaping environment. One year of continuous employment with the most recent employer.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain a PIT license

Shifts are subject to every 8 week periodic rotation.
