GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for the supervision of a shift in a designated area of a major cooler under direct supervision of a Shipping Manager or Receiving Manager.  This position works various shift and must relocate for the season to Huron and Yuma.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION:   • Set work schedules to meet needs of business and control use of overtime. • Ensure correct procedures are followed for product receiving, cooling, handling, and shipping. • Share responsibility for Cooler safety, training, operational, and financial performance, and compliance. • Share responsibility for Cooler inventory control and product rotation. • Travel and adjust work schedule when necessary. • Other duties as assigned.
