Overview:
The QA Platform Owner demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing quality assurance and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of Bunge's QA platform. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining the QA Automation platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business continuity priority initiatives.
Essential Functions:
Spearheading the establishment and implementation of a comprehensive automation test strategy Establish Test Automation Framework, manage and maintain the QA automation platform, ensuring its availability, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, implement automation test strategies, lead test executions and implement standardized processes and methodologies. Drive continuous improvement and business continuity initiatives to enhance the QA platform's capabilities and efficiency. Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues promptly. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in QA and software testing. Provide technical guidance, lead QA engineers and other team members, and promote best practices. Document QA processes, procedures, and test results for future reference and knowledge sharing. Ensures the reliability and accuracy of Bunge's QA automation platform, which is critical for the company's operations and decision-making. Contributes to the overall quality of Bunge's products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Drives continuous improvement initiatives that result in cost savings, increased efficiency, compliance and improved customer experience. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Identifying and prioritizing QA initiatives that align with Bunge's strategic objectives and business priorities. Balancing the need for thorough testing with the need for timely delivery of products and services. Making decisions on test strategies and methodologies based on risk assessment and project constraints. Resolving complex technical issues and defects that require in-depth analysis and problem-solving skills. Provides technical leadership and guidance to QA engineers and other team members. Mentors and develops QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
