Job DescriptionAre you results driven, creative, flexible and highly organized? Reporting to the Executive Producer of Live Events, the Coordinating Integration Producer will oversee the day-to-day development, execution, and fulfillment of events and sponsorship initiatives. The Coordinating Integration Producer will also be responsible for seamless coordination with the editorial team and its strategic cross-company partners. The role will take the lead on planning, site surveys, logistics, and delivering on commitments to partners.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Working with Executive Producer and Senior Producer to ensure successful planning and execution of live eventsLeading logistics planning for events, including scouting locations, budget planning, liaising on contractsOwning production memos for each eventOriginating ideas and concepts for sponsorships, leading coordination to ensure deliverables for sponsorships are being metIdentifying best strategies to execute sponsored events, ticketed events, and virtual events Coordinating with rights and clearances for guidance on use of materialsQualificationsBasic Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMust have at least 5 years of experience in live televisionMust have experience in location scouting, contracts, and budgeting large-scale eventsMust have thorough knowledge of current events, US politicsDesired Characteristics
