Coordinator, Account Management
Our Client, a Clinical company, is looking for a Coordinator, Account Management for their Remote location. Responsibilities: + Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or fax + Effective Communication skills + Data Entry + Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features + Update our internal databases with information about audits + Previous experience preferred + Strong communication skills + Proficient in Excel with specific skills in sorting, filtering and VLOOKUP + Accuracy and attention to detail + Knowledge/understanding of HIPAA privacy guidelines Requirements: + Bachelor preferred but not required + Pharm Tech or PBM auditor experience is recommended + HIPAA + Pharmacy Technician Certification + We are looking for an Audit Support Specialist to assist our customers with third party CMS and PBM audits.. + To be successful in this role, you should have previous pharm tech or third party PBM auditor experience. + Be an excellent communicator who’s able to multitask throughout the workday.
