We are looking for an Affiliate & Partnership Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic, industry-leading Paid Media team. This role will be instrumental in the day-to-day management of our affiliate channel, helping to develop & execute strategies that drive growth in revenue, efficiency, customer acquisition, and lifetime value across our five North American brands The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, excellent verbal and written communicator who can thrive both independently & collaboratively in a remote environment. While being a sneakerhead is not a requirement, this is an exciting opportunity to work alongside top partners and tastemakers in the sneaker industry.  

Responsibilities

Affiliate Strategy & Execution

Strategy Development: Assist in the creation & execution of affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, efficiency, customer acquisition, and lifetime value across all North American brandsCampaign Launch & Optimization: Launch, monitor, and optimize multiple simultaneous campaigns to ensure goals are being met efficiently Storefront Program: Assist with the day-to-day operations, updates, creator communications, and reporting of the recently launched Storefront programMarket Research: Research, evaluate, and stay updated on new technologies and trends within the affiliate/partner landscape to provide innovative & relevant recommendations

Data & Reporting

Performance Reporting: Effectively communicate and present KPIs and strategic direction to senior management and other stakeholders on weekly calls as well as monthly & quarterly reportingInsight Generation: Analyze findings from internal data team, platforms, and agencies to develop insights and provide recommendations to optimize channel strategyProblem Resolution: Proactively identify & resolve issues that arise. Perform QA checks, troubleshoot campaign-related problems, and make necessary adjustments

Partner Management & Development

Relationship Building: Establish, build, and maintain relationships with new and existing partners, including loyalty, cashback, buy now pay later, coupon sites, and bloggers/influencersCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal & external teams to ensure affiliate program assets, promotions, product updates, and creative needs are met and delivered on timeVendor Support: Assist on Vendor Paid Media campaigns as required

Operational Support

Document Management: Maintain and update internal documents, including budget tracking, as to ensure team is provided timely and accurate updates Scheduling Assistance: Provide support in scheduling and coordinating meetings between the affiliate team and external partners Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or related field from an accredited university or collegeA minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably within affiliate marketing channel (experience from internships will be considered if the internship had a focus on digital marketing)Basic understanding of Affiliate Marketing conceptsFamiliarity & experience with marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CVR, CPA, & AOV Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; comfortable with pivot tables, formatting, customizing reports, etc. Comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders, affiliate partners, and agency contactsExperience with an Affiliate Network (Commission Junction, Impact, LinkShare, ShareASale, etc.) preferred but not required; Training on the current affiliate network will be provided  Benefits

The annual base salary range is $50,000-$60,000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
