TelevisaUnivision is seeking a talented and energetic Coordinator, Bi and Product with strong interpersonal and collaboration/teamwork skills to join our Digital Sales department.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

Assist in preparing presentationsSupporting the consolidation of audience data, aiding in the analysis and interpretation of key metrics.Collaborating on the preparation of OneSheet documents, summarizing and synthesizing complex information.Conducting thorough research to gather pertinent data and insights as needed.Assisting in the organization and verification of metadata.Providing support for daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Handling data processing and clean-up tasks to maintain data integrity.Addressing ad-hoc requests originating from our executives and licensing team with efficiency and attention to detail.

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceWindows, Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel proficiencyFluent in English and Spanish (read and write)Energetic self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem solving, analytical capabilities and collaboration skillsMust have excellent attention to detail and organizationExperience in multi-tasking work environment and thrive in fast-paced, deadline driven environmentMust be willing to work from office in MiamiApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
