The Brand Strategy & Solutions Coordinator supports the Brand Strategy & Solutions team's strategic planning and pre-sale development of advertiser partnerships designed to drive demand for the WBD portfolio of assets, with a focus on CNN, Max, Food Network, HGTV, Entertainment Tentpoles, Franchises, WB Theatricals, and Advanced Advertising.

You'll be responsible for various administrative duties and assist in the development of internal and external projects ranging from ad sales marketing collateral, newsletters and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Create marketing collateral for new/upcoming programs and products across linear, digital/streaming, social, and audio platforms (e.g. one-sheets, mini decks, email templates, newsletters).

Maintain the team’s library of existing marketing collateral, ensuring information is consistently up to date.

Maintain and regularly update the Brand Strategy & Solutions knowledge management platforms (Sharepoint, Highspot) including creating new content and case studies.

Assist with development of general presentations, proactive opportunity decks, Upfront positioning collateral, category one-sheets, etc. for shared documentation across Warner Bros. Discovery’s portfolio of brands.

Lead tracking documentation for active pitches, opportunity avails, sold promotions, etc. 

Liaise with other marketing teams across WBD’s portfolio of brands to develop company-wide marketing collateral (i.e. newsletters, priorities documents, opportunity one-sheets, etc.).

Participate in team brainstorms focused on client-specific needs and general ideation around CNN, Max, Food Network, HGTV, WBD Tentpoles, Theatricals, and Franchise-led programs/products.

Handle administrative duties for senior team members (e.g. managing calendars, taking meeting notes, coordinating team activities, etc.).

Lead the development and distribution of regular industry competitive analysis for priority categories.

This role reports into a Director/Senior Director but will work closely with and support all members of the team.

Candidate Requirements:

0-2 years of work experience (can include internship experience) within marketing/media or related field.

Must be able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.

Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office programs including substantial experience with PowerPoint.

An excellent writer and communicator; must have writing samples.

A strong eagerness to learn, self-driven and responsive to constructive feedback.

Creative, with intrinsic curiosity and strong knowledge about streaming/digital, social, linear, and audio media with enthusiasm for the media industry.

Detail-oriented with a critical eye for aesthetics.

Highly dependable, proactive, upbeat, and enthusiastic. A team player with can-do attitude!

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $37,128.00 - $68,952.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
