Coordinator, Contracts

This position would require a hybrid work schedule of 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote out of our Brentwood, TN office location.  

The Coordinator, Contracts oversees the contract distribution process and contract management system.  Manages the process of uploading executed contracts into contracts management system and updates the Provider Directory. Verifies that contracts are delivered to all stakeholders. Collaborates with stakeholders on contract and claims payment related inquiries. Works closely with Claims department to ensure contract term integrity in all related systems.  Assists with provider relations communications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The incumbent should be able to perform all of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the job performance requirements.

Manages contracts management system by uploading all contracts into Leading Reach system, entering metadata and GPS locations.Manages and distributes Provider Directory to facility Health Service Administrators (HSAs), Security teams and scheduling teams. Updates and maintains Provider Contracts Directory upon execution of new contracts and as needed for address changes, contract amendments and contract terminations.Manages the Single Case Agreement (SCA) process for all facilities.Collaborates with stakeholders to address contract-related queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.  Responds promptly and professionally to internal and external requests for contract-related requests.Collaborates with finance team to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting for contracts, maintaining transparency and accountability.Works closely with management to refine and optimize contract administration workflows, maximizing productivity and effectiveness.Identifies areas for process improvement in contract administration, suggesting and implementing streamlined workflows and enhanced efficiency measures.Maintains confidential information and follows HIPAA confidentiality guidelines in accordance with company policy, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.Domestic U.S. travel may be required.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Healthcare Administration is required. Five years of experience in client services, medical claims or medical administrative experience in a healthcare or health insurance setting is required.  Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year -for-year basis. Knowledge of medical claims terminology and experience with medical provider reimbursement methodologies is required.  Experience with contract management system is preferred.  Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, must have a keen eye for detail and follow-thru skills.  Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
