Job Description:
Primary focus areas for the Coordinator, CSEL are to: support the Executive Director, support leadership development, 550+ student organizations,campus programming, and Bobcat Connect administration. Provide exceptional customer service and oversight of the ~15 student workers.
Job Responsibilities Include:
+ Support the Executive Director. Support projects, initiatives, priorities. Oversee operations and logistics and the support of campus wide student leadership development including student programming, student organizations, and sorority and fraternity life. Provide guidance on Ohio University rules and student organization activities. Maintain student organization information (including rosters, active and inactive organizations, and individual students) in Bobcat Connect. Support student organization communication and outreach, including event calendering and communication).
+ Provide exceptional customer service and oversight of front office operations including training, supervision, and evaluation of ~25 student workers. Serves as the central point of contact for all CSEL and SFL staff needs including marketing and communications support, office administration, scheduling, and report writing .
+ Provide proactive direction to 550 student organizations through appointments, Bobcat Connect, and serve as a connection to Central Business Services. Support campus programming by supporting the staffing of large events.
+ Direct supervision of 20ish student workers. Indirect supervision of a student programming and organization outreach team.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
+ Valid Driver’s License is required.

Advertised Salary:
The target salary range is $43,888 to $46,000 commensurate with the selected candidate’s education and experience while considering internal equity.
