ResponsibilitiesHow will you make an impact?
Responsibilities
Maintains confidential drug and alcohol program records in order to meet DOT and FAA requirementsReceive, review and update daily drug/alcohol test result records for DOT and Company Testing programsSupport D&A Program Analyst in review and update of test records for the Non DOT Random Drug Testing ProgramProvide Pre-employment clearances to Talent Services and field managersComplete requests from other companies for drug/alcohol records on former employeesVerify/add testing records in the Drug & Alcohol systemPrepare follow-up items with regard to affidavits and certificates of corrections to collection vendorSet up and manage third party vendors for recruitment and hiring managers for pre-employment screensReview/verify invoices and prepare for Manager's approvalPerform a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits and prepare reports for regular internal auditsPrepare audit reports for annual FAA inspectionsInteract with HROS, clinic staff, field managers, supervisors and third party vendors QualificationsWho are we looking for?
Requirements
Minimum Age: 18High school diploma or GED equivalentPossess the legal right to work in the United StatesAbove average proficiency in Microsoft suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English languageMinimum of one (1) year of experience working in an administrative/clerical role in an office environmentExcellent organization and time management skills; a driven self-starterMust be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with candidates, employees, managers and other stakeholdersMust possess the ability to make sound decisionsAbility to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the businessAbility to interpret and explain complex legal and/or regulatory terminologyAbility to analyze and interpret large amounts of dataKnowledge of Windows Office software applications, Word, PowerPoint and Excel with vlookup and formula proficiencyCollege degree and/or courses in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant areas preferredCertifications in Compliance or Drug and Alcohol Programs desired preferredWorking knowledge of DARMA and SAP is preferredPrevious experience with Drug/Alcohol programs, Compliance, or Human Resources experience is a plusWorking experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information preferredPlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
