Position Overview

The Coordinator, H&S Support is responsible for providing support and assistance for third-party administrator accounts, contract bid and proposal reviews, and the Alcohol and Drug Program.  This role involves contributing to the Health and Safety Department initiatives and programs and analyzing and interpreting specific language requirements to ensure alignment and compliance.  

Job Duties Maintain and provide supporting documentation and assistance to third-party administrator accounts for client contracts. Provide support for the contract bid and proposal review process. Provide support for the Alcohol and Drug Program. Analyze information to assess specific language requirements and align them with internal policies and program language to determine and strategize fulfilling those requirements. Provide support for the programs and initiatives of the Health and Safety Department. Perform other related duties as assigned.  Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules.  Qualifications Required:  High school diploma or equivalent.  Required:  Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties.  Required:  Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting information accurately.  Preferred:  Bachelor’s degree.  Preferred:  Knowledge of alcohol and drug-related programs.  Preferred:  Experience with regulatory interpretation.  Additional Information
