Coordinator, HR Events **Overall Job Summary** This position supports daily operations to create a workplace that increases well-being, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. The roles connect Team Members to the environment through high-touch services and world-class customer service support. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)** + Supports delivery of Workplace Experience Services. Services include, but are not limited to: + Meeting & Event Management – Planning, set-up, tear down + Community Programs + Food Services – scheduling vendors, payment, budget, etc. + Workplace Onboarding + Serve as the main point of contact for various SSC meetings. + Support SSC events (both virtual and onsite) in support of Team Member engagement. + Coordinate all logistical aspects of meetings and events – to include, but not limited to registration, scheduling, catering, contracts and communications. + Ensure compliance to budget and expenses. + Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. **Required Qualifications** _Experience:_ 2 – 4 years’ experience; retail experience preferred. _Education_ : Knowledge ordinarily acquired through attainment of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered. _Professional Certifications:_ None. **Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities** _Other knowledge, skills, or abilities:_ + Ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required + Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. + Detail-oriented approach to work. **Working Conditions** + Normal office working conditions **Physical Requirements** + Sitting + Standing (not walking) + Walking + Kneeling/Stooping/Bending + Reaching overhead + Lifting up to 50 pounds **Disclaimer** _This job description represents an overview of the responsibilities for the above referenced position.
