This position supports daily operations to create a workplace that increases well-being, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. The roles connect Team Members to the environment through high-touch services and world-class customer service support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Supports delivery of Workplace Experience Services. Services include, but are not limited to: Meeting & Event Management – Planning, set-up, tear down Community Programs Food Services – scheduling vendors, payment, budget, etc. Workplace Onboarding Serve as the main point of contact for various SSC meetings. Support SSC events (both virtual and onsite) in support of Team Member engagement. Coordinate all logistical aspects of meetings and events – to include, but not limited to registration, scheduling, catering, contracts and communications. Ensure compliance to budget and expenses. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.Required Qualifications
Experience: 2 – 4 years’ experience; retail experience preferred.
Education: Knowledge ordinarily acquired through attainment of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
