Responsibilities:

The HR Coordinator is responsible for performing a broad range of HR and operational support for a fun & fast-paced client base. This position will interface with HR departments & employees across the organization in order to manage and resolve issues, as well as assist with HR process coordination. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Process workflows for employee lifecycle data changes including new hires/terminations, transfers, promotions, and timekeeper actionsAssisting employees with general HR inquiries and referring them to the appropriate resource(s)Handling on-boarding & off boarding meetings/processing/actions, including new employee background checks and employee terminations.Assist with the preparation of various HR strategy processes, such as talent calibrations, performance reviews, and compensation planning.Complete I-9 and background verifications and audit for all new employeesCoordinating and conducting exit interviews, including scheduling meetings, prepping paperwork, coordinating final checks, collecting company property, etc.Working alongside HR team to ensure all issues are resolved and escalated if/when necessaryServe as primary user for all HR systems and proactively manage HR systems in order to ensure data integrityEducating & empowering clients to be self-sufficient on Employee & Manager Self-Service portals and navigating through NBCU resourcesAct as a liaison with several HR departments, including Payroll, Finance and Benefits, to manage and resolve day to day employee issues.Maintaining all employee related files and organizational systemsHandling Employment Verification lettersFacilitating new hire orientation as part of a rotating group with other HR staffParticipating in special projects as identified & assigned by supervisor/HR teamGenerating custom reports upon requestPerforming other ad hoc duties as assigned, in support of the overall HR team/department

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

1+ years of related HR experience in a fast-paced environment supporting employee based or client needsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceProficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
