Job Description Summary:

The role of the Staffing Coordinator is to schedule nurses with patients in a timely manner. A successful Staffing Coordinator should be able to communicate efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The goal is to ensure that the company’s staffing requirements are always met, and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

Investigate pharmacies staffing needs and take action to staff accordinglySchedule, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategyWork with other staff members to fulfill the needs of patients and nurses’ schedulesIdentify hard to fill schedules and take proactive actionsPossess excellent communication and written skills to effectively speak to employees, patients and pharmaciesPrepare and submit reports on staffing operationsUpdate nurses’ calendars dailySupervisory Responsibilities

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $16.08-$24.72
