Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated New Equipment and OT Coordinator to oversee coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects for the Operating Territory (OT) of Madison and Milwaukee. The New Equipment and OT Coordinator will ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**What you’ll do:**
+ Ability to work closely with the internal project managers, sales staff, construction superintendents, external customers, and senior leadership to ensure successful financial milestones are met and customer communication
+ Perform construction administrative duties as outlined below to maximize project cash coverage
+ Manage certified payroll, liens & waivers, all New Equipment third party systems / customer special billing forms, prevailing wage documents, and supplemental billing forms.
+ Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) processing
+ Support the Accounts Payable process through PO corrections
+ Assist the Accounts Receivable process through collections of the top 10 accounts by attending collection calls with PMs, sales reps and provide reporting as required
+ KPI 100% cash coverage of assigned projects
+ 0% reserves on assigned accounts
+ No AR attributed to assigned tasks
+ Additional administrative duties as requested in support of the broader Operating Territory
**You should have:**
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Drive to perform well in fast-paced environment
+ Resourcefulness, applies knowledge of internal structures, processes and culture to resourcing efforts.
+ Ability to work well in teams, with colleagues at all levels throughout the organization
+ Understanding of internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations and needs.
+ Process driven & detail-oriented
+ Punctuality with high organizational skills
+ Accountability, follows through on commitments acts with a clear sense of ownership.
+ Ability to stay focused on achieving targets, whether working independently or partnering with colleagues
**Education / Certifications:**
+ High school diploma required. AA/AS degree preferred
