This position reports to the Operations manager
Will assist in setting up and maintaining locations. Including but not limited to Stanchions, Signage Physical and digital, moving equipment.
Helping to keep area, equipment, and product secure including from weather (it is an outdoor venue).
Preferred knowledge of how to use an electric pallet jack, and forklift, Microsoft office suite.
This position requires you to be mobile for extended hours, able to lift 50+ lbs, able to push/move large portable carts and refrigerators.
Able to work non-traditional hours.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly.
Traits desired: Honest, conscious of time management, priority management, critical thinking.
Willing to learn and train event day staff on procedures including but not limited to: alcohol safety, location set up, maint, food safety, customer interaction, stand operation, equipment operation
Able to work with other peoples, and departments to accomplish larger tasks,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Assist with stand supervision and operation if needed.
