As a Coordinator of Peacock Programming, you will be responsible for the following:
AirTable scheduling and maintenance for all sports programming on Peacock
+ Input and track all 3,000+ Peacock Sports Single Live Events for companywide distribution
+ Work across groups to ensure accuracy of all details for each Singe Live Event – including dates, times, networks, sources and routing, exclusivities and replay requirements.
+ Ensure feeds are booked properly for all events on Peacock and track if events have English commentary or require captioning
+ Collaborate with linear programming team to integrate Peacock exclusive events into programming schedules
+ Maintain commercial distribution event schedule for Everpass
GTM and Gracenote ID set up for NBC Sports studio programming
+ Create sets of individual IDs in GTM and Gracenote for studio shows that air in the NBC Sports FAST channel
+ Ensure all programs have artwork and place linear Work Orders that allow Tech Ops to deliver content to platform
Other Programming responsibilities
+ Provide support on the weekend to account for programming changes, cancellations, weather delays and operational issues
+ Track down and provide ad break formats for livestream Operators for various shows
+ Align digital ad insertion requirements between Ad Sales/Ad Ops and Streaming Ops teams to ensure commercial spots run on Peacock as expected
+ Provide event logos, artwork and copy to editorial/marketing teams for every SLE on platform
+ Track start/end times of Peacock Exclusive streams and share with research team
Basic Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in media, communications, finance, accounting, business, or related fields; or equivalent work experience
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on proficiency with Excel
Desired Characteristics:
+ Relevant work experience a plus
+ Keen interest in NBC Sports shows and properties
+ Knowledge and passion for sports and sports media
+ Understanding of coding language and syntax
+ Professional communication skills

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at any given time

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
