Reporting to the Manager, Projects, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing coordination and support to various aspects of operations to ensure the efficient and profitable execution of the installation of underground utility infrastructure.
 
What You'll Do Here:  
 
•    Provide Manager, Projects with data and project analysis.
•    Coordinates with design staff members on administrative deliverables
•    Ensures / tracks the quality and delivery of design deliverables.
•    Queries, analyzes, and reports on data from various systems to assist in operational efficiency.
•    Generates reports, as necessary, as required by management.
•    Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.
•    Creation of customer communication lists, and drafts equipment locations for notification letters.   
•    Liaise with clients and partners as needed to deliver required documentation.
•    Application of short stream cut permits and creation of notice of projects.  
•    Preparation / follow up of meeting minutes for internal and external stake holder meetings.
•    Montior internal project databases and folders ensuring that all project documents and permits are up to date and filled our correctly.
•    Preparation of all construction related project documentation. 
•    Updating project documentation when revisions occur. 
•    Organizing and issuing billing requests to client’s once design / construction milestones are met.
•    Coordination with construction staff both internal and external.
•    Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
 
What You Bring to the Team:
 
•    College or University Graduate. 
•    Experience in the electrical utility construction industry an asset.
•    Strong computer skills – MS Excel, MS Word.
•    Valid driver’s license.
•    Strong communication skills – oral and written.
•    Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
•    Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
•    Ability to work with others as a team.
•    Be a champion of inclusion and diversity
