Non-conforming degrees may still qualify if transcripts show successful completion of 12 semester hours of chemistry, 12 semester hours of biology, and additional 24 semester hours of any combination chemistry and biology. **Experience Required** + Pulmonary Rehab and Function Testing: Three (3) years of experience in pulmonary care. + Blood Gas Lab: Three (3) years of experience in moderate or high complexity lab testing. **Licenses Required** + Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the University of Utah Health RQI system.
