Purpose of Role

The Corporate Real Estate Coordinator will support the corporate estate team in managing the UA enterprise portfolio. This role involves coordinating of various real estate activities including lease administration, property management, transaction support, and data management.  The coordinator will ensure smooth operations and effective communication among stakeholders.

Your Impact

Lease Administration

Maintain and update lease records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Track critical lease dates (renewals, expirations etc.) and coordinate necessary actions. 

Property Management Support

Coordinate property, maintenance and repair requests. Liaise with property managers, landlords, and vendors to address issues and ensure service quality. Assist in scheduling and coordinating inspections and compliance activities.

Transaction Support

Support real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations. Gather and organize necessary documentation for transactions. Assist in due diligence processes for data collection.

Data Management and Reporting

Maintain real estate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Generate reports on portfolio performance, occupancy, and financial metrics. Assist in data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Communication and Coordination

Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding real estate matters. Coordinate RE based meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for real estate team meetings. Ensure effective communication and follow up on action items.

Compliance and Documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain organized and accessible files for all real estate documents. Assist in developing and updating real estate policies and procedures. Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

2-4 years of corporate real estate or equivalent experience Bachelor of Science required in a development core discipline Strong analytic skills and the ability to conduct market research and financial analysis Excellent project management and organizational abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in real estate management software and tools.  Knowledge of sustainable real estate practices  Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with lease agreements and property management practices International experience a plus Workplace Location Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD Return to Work Designation: Three (3) days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote Relocation No relocation provided

 

Base Compensation  $21.76 - $29.92 USD

 

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
