Coordinator, Replay Administration

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for the role of Coordinator, Replay Administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating our seasonal employee staff along with assisting in the training, scheduling and in-season operation of the administrative team. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to present data effectively.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Coordinate workflow, communications and other relevant duties as designated by Senior Leadership for our seasonal Replay Administration Team. Scheduling: Coordinate and managing scheduling process with oversight by management for seasonal employees to ensure appropriate game coverage. Game Monitoring: Follow direction of Senior Staff regarding data points and video coordination during live games and replay reviews. Collect and distribute video requests for the Baseball, Replay and Umpiring Operations Teams.  Data Management: Record relevant data points while maintaining detailed records. Daily Reporting: Compile replay centric information and possess the ability and to analyze and interpret data while assisting in the production of daily, weekly and monthly reports. Inquiry Response: Assist in responding to internal and external inquiries related to replay operations. Presentation Development: Compile and build high-quality presentations for high-visibility meetings.

Qualifications

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and neutrality including when working with and around MLB Umpires and MLBOC employees. Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience creating professional presentations. Familiarity with SQL, R, or Python for data analysis and reporting. Experience with data-building tools and methodologies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Professional demeanor with excellent presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Official Baseball Rules, Replay Regulations and relevant protocols related to replay operations and administration.

Schedule

Candidate must be able to work nights, weekends, Holidays as dictated by the MLB schedule.  Occasional travel during the off-season

Pay Range: $64,500 - $67,500

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related aspects of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills, and any other factors MLB considers relevant to the hiring decision. In addition to your salary, MLB believes in providing a competitive compensation and benefits package for its employees.
