Position Overview
Under the guidance of the Sr. Customer Business Development Manager, the sales coordinator position will be responsible for the smooth, flawless, and timely execution of no charge sample orders, maintaining customer relationships across several broker teams as well as internal teams, preparing sales materials, tracking sales performance, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations, ultimately contributing to achieving sales goals by supporting the sales team effectively. This position is critical to the team to ensure all customer needs are met.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the completion of the operations-based US Food Customer Business Development tasks to aid in the support of customer logistics management and reporting. Complete and submit key Revlon and customer paperwork to support daily and long-term business needs. Go to resource for customer logistics materials, support, and customer order reporting. Support the Sr. Director of US Food, Customer Business Managers, Business Analysts and ULTA team. Update and maintain all Broker Sales Resource tools including: New Item Spec Documents, Price Lists, Space Planning Grid, New Product One Pagers, Product Images, etc. Run and deploy Daily Sales Reports, Regional Summary, and special sales reports as needed. Manage all item and product needs for customers as well as CBDMs in preparation for sell-in meetings, trade shows, broker summit, customer conferences, and POG updates. Owns all image uploading and maintenance for e-commerce platforms like Syndigo, Salsify, Nuxeo, or retailer specific portals. Create creative briefing documents for retailer circulars and manage the creation of assets internally with Commercial Strategy and US Trade Marketing. Manage FedEx account for broker team, i.e shipping label creation. Run and deploy cut reporting for Broker customers. Obtain BIS dates as required via SAP system. Work with individual retailer systems to update relevant product availability information. Communicate with customer logistics to track critical POs to ensure seamless delivery to the customer. Act as the liaison with the customer and finance teams to manage the payment on PO invoices. Responsible for the processing of Commission Statements and invoice payments through the SAP system. Create POs in SAP in accordance with corresponding customer programs, non-MDF events, broker commissions, etc. Support the sales teams with direction for annual events that are held by either Revlon or the customer. Work with internal partners to ensure WERC/1WS submissions for all items with retailers that require participation. Own the creation and communication of weekly update (New News) to broker partners. Manage/update all broker pre-pack deal sheets. Updating pre-pack tracker (forecast vs. actuals). Support ULTA Team with new item set up, manage ULTA PIM database and ULTA web content audit.Knowledge & Skills Required:
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience with SAP, Ariba, MicroStrategy a plus. Must be able to multi-task and take initiative in a high activity, fast-paced team environment. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple changing priorities and work well in a team environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on organizational and analytical skills. Able to quickly demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Customer specific systems and processes Special Requirements of the Positions. BA/BS preferred. 3-5 years of experience in the sales/retail industry preferred. CPG or Beauty Industry experience is an asset.#LI-AH1
The base pay range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
