Coordinator, Talent Acquisition
The Talent Acquisition (TA) team supports the recruiting needs of our entire business. We are seeking a driven and strategic individual to join this team. As a key player, you will help support the TA team members by driving recruitment priorities and supporting our business in hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role would report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and be based onsite in our office at Lincoln Center, Dallas TX. 
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating and scheduling high priority interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system, Workday
Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials, including job descriptions, interview guides, and candidate profiles.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for candidate in person interviews.

Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports to provide insights into the hiring process, including metrics on time-to-fill, source of hire, and diversity data.

Minimum Qualifications:

1 + years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role, preferably with exposure to recruiting and daily coordination tasks.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with recruiting tools (Workday/preferred).

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
