**Job Description** **6 month Contract - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator** - **position will pay $25/hour** One of the world’s leading premium cruise lines, Princess Cruises, carries millions of guests to hundreds of destinations annually. As part of our team, you’ll help deliver our signature MedallionClass® experience, ensuring a seamless journey for guests and employees. The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator plays a vital role in the hiring and onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new employees. This includes interview scheduling, relocation coordination, and immigration sponsorship when applicable. As the primary point of contact for candidates and new employees, this role serves as an ambassador of the organization throughout the hiring journey. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring clear communication with hiring managers and candidates. Arrange travel, accommodations, and hosted experiences as needed. Process transactions related to onboarding (for employees and contractors), including submitting criminal background checks, employment verification, and processing I-9s on new hires' first days. Coordinate employee relocations, process expense reimbursements with payroll, and manage related tasks. Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience. Process and code invoices and expense reports while tracking recruitment spending. Assist with daily administration of the Applicant Tracking System.  Review workforce plans and open positions accordingly.  Assists with arranging for on-site or video interviews.  Processes background and OFAC verifications.   Collaborates with team members to create effective and efficient task workflows that support departmental/company goals.   **Qualifications:** **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related field. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach. High attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive HR and immigration documents. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting candidate and hiring manager concerns. **Preferred Qualifications:** Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Familiar with Federal and State Employment Law and Human Resources Policies and Procedures Strong interpersonal skills, including effectively communicating with different cultures and working well with individuals at all levels of the organization.   Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)   Experience in the cruise, hospitality, or travel industry is a plus. **Join Our Team!** Be part of Princess Cruises and play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience at one of the world’s most recognized cruise lines.
