Your New Role...


The Coordinator, Talent Relations provides administrative support to the Talent Relations team as well as to domestic and international talent. This role supports all Talent Relations initiatives and convention activities.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Responsible for ordering service copies for contributing talent for all published material, and hand-ships copies as necessary. Troubleshoots delivery issues as needed.

Assists with booking travel accommodations for talent. Communicates with talent on itineraries and logistics.

Prepares and processes Independent Contractor approvals.

Assists in summits and conferences, setting up workspaces, booking conference rooms, ordering food, giving office tours, etc.

Processes expense reports, purchase orders, and SAP requirements; confirms payment on all department expenditures.

Provides administrative support to DC’s archive and conducts research as required.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience...

Minimum of two (2) years of relevant administrative work experience required.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)

Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills.

Must have the ability to work well under time constraints, meet deadlines, and manage multiple project elements simultaneously.

Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong online research skills are preferred.

Knowledge of comic book industry is a plus.

Education/Professional Training:

College degree or equivalent experience required.

Preferred…

Ability to lift 20 pounds.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $40,040.00 - $74,360.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
