Communication; act as main contact as to emailing delivery information to our customers. Main contact for our internal customer service department. Schedule and coordinate product transfers between other SSH facilities. Manually complete in the OHM system all finished products transfers and maintain finished goods inventory accuracy. Fulfill Direct to Consumer (DTC) shipments and update appropriate portal Storing finished products in accordance with standard instructions. Actively participate in gathering information in our field rate program. Reduce/eliminate penalties associated to late deliveries. Reduce/eliminate penalties associated to waiting times. Optimize proper trailer cubing to reduce associated freight costs. Maintain/improve inventory accuracy and eliminate the need for adjustments. Perform other duties as designated by a supervisor or manager. Observance of rules and regulations such as working and health and safety. **Functional/Technical Competencies** Generate, update production report as well as back log report. Order completion reporting and follow up Actively participate in improving shipping processes by discovering root causes of potential errors and recommending solutions to avoid them Strong/Effective communication skills Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. Ability to work autonomously and with little direction in a high volume, fast paced environment. Computer experience/knowledge with Microsoft Office and OHM Sense of urgency is a must Demonstrated ability and willingness to work safely, take initiative, multi-task, and work both independently and as a part of a team **Experience/Education** Desired: College diploma, 3-5 years experience in a related role Required: High School Diploma, 2 ears experience in a related role **Job Factors/Work Environments** Works primarily in Shipping Office, with frequent trips to active Shipping lanes and Production areas for data collection and verification.
