Coordinator – Intake and Conflicts
Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Downtown Toronto, ON/ Ottawa, ON and Montreal, QC-based company to hire a Conflicts Clerk. This is a permanent opportunity.

Benefits & Perks:Compensation: 53K to 61K.Please note this role will be 90% Remote but candidate must reside in Ontario or Quebec. Amazing Benefits + RRSP plan.Responsibilities:Perform conflict searches, analyze results and provide potential match data to professionals.Review of client/matter intake requests for compliance with firm protocols.Perform ongoing maintenance of existing business (client name change, reopening, additional parties).Provide “on-call” support for designated weeks (one week approximately every two months).Set up and maintain confidentiality screens.Review and recording of new engagement letters.Review of Know Your Client information.Qualifications:Minimum three years of experience in a legal environment preferred.Bilingual in English/French would be an asset.Proficient in office software: MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, MS Outlook.Knowledge of Intapp Open Conflicts and Intake; CMS Aderrant; Progress; and World-Check would be an asset.Experience with Intellectual Property law would be an asset.
