Our client, a software product-based industry, is seeking a group assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have **Coordinator 1** , administration, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Title: Coordinator 1**
**Location: Remote**
**Duration: 4 Months (It may extend after the budget approval.)**
**Rate Range: $18/hr. on W2.**
Typical Day in the Role
• The purpose of this team is to support application, infrastructure and delivery partners that provide operations towards these groups.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to supporting the business management functions by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and tracking key strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of:
• Manage and coordinate schedules, ensuring efficient meeting planning and execution.
• Document meeting notes and track action items to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Own the Rhythm of Business (ROB) and workback schedule for strategic initiative reporting.
• Manage attendee and participant tracking for key meetings and events.

Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required: 0-2 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• Disqualifiers: Candidates with no organizational and time management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and who is not proficient in Microsoft Office will not be eligible for the role.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain: SharePoint management experience, PowerPoint Design experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 0-2 years experience with SharePoint management
2. Minimum 0-2 years experience with PowerPoint Design
3. Minimum 0-2 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Hard Skills Assessments
• Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP
• Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 2 HSAs, 1 with the Microsoft sponsor, and 1 with a team member. 45 minutes each.
• Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have prior experiences prepared prior to the assessment.
