Job Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator of Community Health, Social Impact and Community Investment at Monmouth Medical Center s LiveWell Center will assist in the delivery of wellness services for the community including but not limited to health education programming, health screenings, nutrition education, and resource sharing that address the social determinants of health.
The position is based at the LiveWell Center in Eatontown, NJ, a community-based wellness center which provides free health education and nutrition programs to individuals of all ages.

Required:
Associate s Degree in Business, Communication, or relevant fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Suite, virtual engagement tools, etc. Ability to work independently and on a teamPreferred:
Bachelor s Degree in Business, Communication, or relevant fieldPrevious experience in non-profit, community organization, and/or healthcare settingScheduling Requirements:
8:30am-5:00pm with one evening shift per weekMonday-Friday with an occasional weekend shiftFull TimeEssential Functions:
Manages online, in-person, and phone enrollment/registration for all programs at the LiveWell Center, Monmouth Medical Center, and Monmouth Medical Center Southern CampusAnswers all calls from community regarding registration for screenings, support groups, lectures and provides information as requested from callerTracks and trends information requestsDocuments sign-ins and tracks actual attendance for all programs at the LiveWell Center, Monmouth Medical Center, and Monmouth Medical Center Southern CampusGreets community members as they enter the Center and points them in the right directionAware of active programs for the dayCoordinates all aspects of class registration, schedule, room setup and breakdown, material printing, food requirements, etc. for various programsConducts room setup and breakdown with assistance from other staffProvides physician referral and information requests, with appropriate follow-up lettersAssists in marketing efforts for LiveWell Center, Monmouth Medical Center, and Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus where appropriateAssists with Community Benefit Inventory for Social Accountability, CBISA, data entry and sheet managementAssists department educators with data management of participant program surveysResponsible for mailings/calendar distribution to community members, various stakeholders, and community organizationsProvides oversite of office inventory and supply management including paper, ink, office supplies, coffee, etc.Provides support related to LiveWell Center technology for staff and presenters, inclusive of technology checks before programs as appropriateMaintains a flexible work schedule with the ability to work evenings and occasional weekends as neededContributes to departmental/organizational projects and performance improvement activitiesAll other duties as assignedBenefits and Perks:
