Coordinator - Asset Protection Operations

POSITION TITLE: Coordinator - Asset Protection Operations
REPORTS TO:  Sr. Director Global Asset Protection 

POSITION SUMMARY:
Contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of training programs, print material and digital content to include video
creation and reporting that enhances our operational effectiveness. Monitor Asset Protection processes and projects
while supporting field and home office Asset Protection teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training Program Support: Assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs focused on
operational procedures for asset protection, including theft prevention, emergency response, and security
protocols. Learning Materials Development: Contribute to the creation and updating of training materials such as
operational guides, training manuals, and digital content. Training Delivery: Support the execution of training sessions, workshops, and table top exercises for Commercial
Asset Protection across various operational levels, ensuring adherence to asset protection policy and procedures. Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and
performance metrics. Prepare reports to assess training effectiveness and operational impact. Program Evaluation: Assist in evaluating the success of training programs in enhancing operational procedures
and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the Asset Protection team, Store Operations, and HR departments to ensure
training programs are aligned with operational goals and compliance requirements. Support and Communication: Address employee inquiries related to asset protection training, ensuring clear and
effective communication regarding training expectations and objectives.

AUTHORITY:
Corporate based Asset Protection position responsible for aspects of Asset Protection training, processes, projects and
compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Above average computer, Google Workspace and content creation skills a plus 2-5 years of experience in retail, Asset Protection or a related field Highly technical with an above average level of attention to detail combined with a sense of customer service.  PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION: Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
