Summary

Organizes, delivers and sets up all catering functions according to Daily Function sheet; attends to all customer service needs. Ensures all functions are set up and broken down in a timely manner. Maintains buffets during functions when necessary. Documents changes or additions of catering on Daily Function sheet, including number of guests, changes in menu, additional functions, etc. 
Maintains adequate inventory levels on a daily basis; performs monthly inventory on equipment and utensils; orders needed equipment and utensils with manager approval. Maintains work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
May place daily food orders and rental orders. Responsible for proper receipt, storage and return of all rental items including linens, flowers and equipment.
Observes and respects Kosher Dietary Laws when providing Kosher catering
