#TeamAAM is looking for a Coordinator Controls Engineering to join our team in North Vernon, IN.Oversees the design, testing, installation and maintenance of large-scale electronic equipment or machinery for use in manufacturing. Projects range from basic to complex, requiring management of resources and independent judgment and decision-making. Develops and implements controls engineering procedures and techniques. Prepares and manages an annual budget around several projects.
Job Description
Supervises a team of controls engineers; holds them accountable for delivering identified projects on or ahead of schedule, at or under budget, that meet internal customer requirements.Interfaces with operational personnel throughout the project to gather requirements, ensure plan meets the requirement, and gain approval to proceed with the application and project plan.Track controls engineering project accomplishments by comparing outcomes to plans; summarizing results; and keeping management informed.Signs off on the testing and validation of controls engineering applications. Authorizes applications to be put in production upon successful outcomes of tests.Ensures project documentation is completed following the approved methodology, tools, and templates.All other duties as assigned.Required Skills and Education
BS Engineering or related field.10 years of experience, or a combination of experience and education.2 years of experience in start-up commission and robot integration5 or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment2 years of supervisor experienceproficient in Mircosoft office and PLEXExperience working with Studio 5000About AAM:
