**Job Summary**
The**Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine ( SFESOM ) Curriculum**team is seeking a highly organized administrative professional to coordinate and prioritize elements of our medical school curriculum for 1st year medical students. The incumbent will overseeDoctoring/Student-led Clinic schedules and calendars, course assignments, simulated and real patient experiences, syllabi, and exams. This position works in tandem with other program coordinators to help organize all aspects of the Doctoring/Student-led Clinic program. Finally, this person will also have increasing responsibilities working with the Skills, Community, and Professional Exploration (SCoPE) Team.
Training on systems and processes will be provided.

**Responsibilities**
1. Support the continued progression of Doctoring/Student-led Clinic/Student-ledClinic into the clinical curriculum for 1st year medical students.
2. Coordinate curriculum design, development, and delivery for Doctoring/Student-led Clinic/Student-led Clinic and SCoPE educational programs.
3. Enter and monitor student performance data in Canvas, Tools, and other programs.
4. Use various programs and systems to assist Doctoring/Student-led Clinic Faculty, such as: Canvas, Tools, Qualtrics, YouTube, Zoom, and other programs as needed.
5. Schedule students and faculty for various events and activities duringDoctoring/Student-led Clinic class time.
6. Organize and administer objective structured clinical examinations (OSCEs).
7. Assess the needs of students and faculty and adjust program structure to address those needs.
8. Schedule meetings, lectures and other program related functions.
9. Coordinate data compilation, grades and correspondence.
10. Maintain relationship with clinical faculty (high email/phone call load).
11. Maintain Doctoring/Student-led Clinic Course Canvas Sites.
12. Maintain Learning Community Coach Canvas Site.
13. Assist with faculty development sessions led by course director(s).
14. Participate in Doctoring/Student-led Clinic committees and meetings.
15. Assist with other tasks as needed, including added responsibilities that may be assigned with SFESOM program growth.

**Minimum Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalency) in a related field plus one year directly related experience or equivalency. Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and make decisions related to program content. Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.
**EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT : 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience. (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience.)**
