We have long been associated with many of the most significant advances in eye health, and we believe we are well positioned to continue leading the advancement of eye health in the future. **Objectives/Purpose of the Job:** Assist the Engineering Services department in managing the activities related to artwork projects for the Tampa site. This includes creating and processing Change Requests in software system(s). The position will be on-site only (not remote) but will have flexibility for occasional remote work when approved. **Key Activities/Responsibilities:** + Follow documented procedures to generate and manage files associated with artwork for shipper cases. + Manage approval requests via email to various International Regulatory approvers for shipper case artwork files. + Track completion of projects through various change control systems and prioritize projects with supervisor for on-time closure. + Initiate Change Requests in the B+L Change Control software systems. + Assist engineering services team members with routing changes electronically through the change control process. + Perform controlled document updates, with support of requestor, in document management system. + Fulfill data and other requests from contract manufacturing customers and Engineering Services. + As needed, minor updates to artwork within Adobe Illustrator software and facilitation of changes through the review process. + Maintain Engineering Services documentation including, tracking and routing of controlled documents and filing in appropriate location. + As a back-up for another position: + Enter purchase requisitions for the Engineering department, upon request, into the finance system for Engineer's capital projects and facilitate review/approval. + Enter document change requests for the Engineering department, upon request, into the document control system and facilitate review/approval. + Other tasks as assigned. **Qualifications/Training:** + High School diploma required. + Excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization. Detail oriented with very good organizational skills. + Experience with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) with emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel. + Very good technical writing skills preferred. + Experience with Adobe Suite of software including Acrobat Professional is preferred. + Experience with Seagull Scientific BarTender software is preferred. + Controlled Documentation system knowledge is preferred (OpenText™ Documentum™ D2). + Experience working in a GxP environment is preferred. **Shift** : Monday to Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm **Start Pay Range:** $19.25 **This position may be available in the following location: Tampa, FL.** All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
