Job Summary
Performs/coordinates basic day-to-day functions/tasks to support the objectives and successful operation of the department & division. Develops reports and communications for executive decisions, including highly sensitive and confidential business information handled with a high level of discretion.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs appropriate, responds and resolves basic issues and answers questions within understood policies and procedures. Represents the Department professionally and effectively when dealing with internal and external contacts.Updates legal resources. Keeps management and staff informed of changes.Organizes and maintains department databases and files on a variety of legal subjects. Participates in specific projects as requested.May assist in compiling and developing the unit’s annual budget. Processes expense reports and monitors incoming invoices. Prepares forms to process and pay invoices.May coordinate various administrative legal projects. Participates in gathering research and generates reports as needed. Notifies project participants on timelines and completion dates. Collaborates with customers and advises regarding issues on active projects.May coordinate cross-functionally to accomplish tasks. Interacts with team members and peers and peers and may interact externally to provide information related to assigned tasks.May provide administrative support for meetings and related conferences and events, including compiling, formatting, posting and distributing materials, assisting in the preparation of presentations and developing and maintaining project files.About Walgreens and WBA
