Department: Logistics Position: Coordinator Logistics Location: LHE - Airport Number Of Openings: 1 Description: Coordinator Logistics is responsible for:

1. Prepare quality assurance policies and procedure and make changes in the said document as per requirement to meet the required standards.
2. Forward the quality assurance policies and procedures document to Assistant Manager Food Quality for his review and further submission to Board of Director for their approval.
3. File the final approved document both in hard and soft copy.
4. Conduct the regular quality assurance audit of his respective station of food and hygiene conformation and record the audit observations for resolution.
5. Takes necessary steps to resolve the observation in monthly audit report to attain required quality standard.
6. Coordinate and assist with Operations, production and Store department in preparation of their policies and procedures document to ensure that they are in line with required quality standards.
7. Conduct investigation in case of customer complaints and suggest solutions to avoid future occurrences.
8. Conduct all the Quality related training related to food safety and hygiene, employees personal hygiene on regular basis.
9. Prepare and keep record of all type of quality related data.
10. Any other task assigned by Manager in-charge or HOD   Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Bachelors Degree Work Experience in Similar Position: 3-5 years Required Skills: Food Industry Knowledge is must in Quality Assurance Department or equaling .
Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines and the auditing processes.
Strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational abilities, adept at working with minimal supervision, excellent presentation skills, problem solving capabilities.
Willingness to work evenings or weekends; ability to travel as needed.
