Job Overview:
The supply chain facility coordinator is responsible for facilitating, implementing, and measuring all supply chain activities in the assigned areas at the direction of supply chain management. The supply chain facility coordinator supervises assigned supply chain clerks. Consistently anticipates customer needs and expectations; responds to supply inquiries in a timely and effective manner. Performs procurement activities in a cost-effective manner using current inventory management processes and procedures. Responsible for managing product demand and inventory levels using PAR tools to ensure product availability while minimizing inventory expenses. Works with clinical resource directors (CRD) and supply chain manager to secure approval on all new and different item requests prior to requisitioning.

Practices and adheres to all department and organizational policies, procedures, training, and initiatives. Assist manager with identifying areas of improvement and creates a plan to address them.Maintains a working knowledge of all systems and equipment used in the department.Supervises personnel functions for direct reports including training to achieve maximum staff productivity using automated systems to reduce expenses. Ensures direct reports are observing all organizational and department policies and procedures.Ensures monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI s) are met or exceeded.Performs monthly documented inspections and audits of all inventory areas managed by supply chain. Responsible for the research, mitigation, and resolution of customer concerns and escalates when needed.Responsible for identifying and reporting safety concerns, medical errors, device malfunction, and facility damage (walls, ceiling tiles, etc.)Performs all other duties as assigned.Benefits and Perks:
