Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Key Responsibility Set-up facilities for athletic events, practices and outside events Essential Tasks Consult with coaches and Director of Facilities and Event Operations to prepare for athletic competition and practices.  This position will be the direct contact person for outside groups in to confirming setup needs for the event and then carrying out those requests.  Specific knowledge directly associated with NCAA rules and regulations.  Work directly with coaches and staff to assist the Director of Facilities and Event Operations with scheduling venues. Key Responsibility Oversee and manage concessions operation Essential Tasks Order product, inventory, maintain quality control of product, follow the guidelines and regulations of Guilford County Health Codes.  Ability to operate all concessions while managing close out of concessions as well.  Will be directly responsible for reconciliation of money. Key Responsibility Game Operations Director Essential Tasks Must be able to organize and prioritize events.  The ability to manage game day staff, visiting teams and coaches.  Will work closely with Director for facilities and game operations as well as facility operations staff and campus police to ensure that the events are set to completion. Key Responsibility Assist with departmental Motor Pool Essential Tasks This position will assist the Asst. AD for Facilities and Event Operations with the scheduling, maintenance and prioritizing of all departmental motor pool.
